  Paid £216 for the initial visit, expensive but fair enough he spotted where the rat was getting in my house and put some poison down Paid another £108 for him to come back and fill the hole in. I don't know what he did but he didn't fill the hole in and a few days later there was a rat back in my walls After waiting a few more days and waiting in all day for him to come back, I got a call saying he had quit.. ok.. they sent someone else round the week after who told me to fill the hole in myself and then tried to charge me another £108
