  The company got us booked in quick with Sean, he was very friendly and informative - he called at least 20 minutes before arriving. We had two visits to deal with a squirrel in the loft and we would definitely use this company for any similar issues in the future. Thank you!

  Steve advised his time of arrival and was on time. He was polite and respectful at all times and very easy to talk to. He checked the loft, advised on making the loft door more secure and how to prevent a future ingress. Steve was very knowledgeable and answered my queries with great patience. I would recommend him to other prospective clients.

  Awkwardly positioned wasp's nest

  Excellent service, booked visit in the morning, Steve arrived in early pm same day. The wasp's nest was located in an awkward position in attic. This was swiftly and cheerfully removed & disposed of.
