9 Removed wasp nest from shed

Quick to respond, their operative, Martin, courteous at all times, sought relevant information, explained clearly his assessment of it and how he intended to address the problem and why. He returned in due course to assess the effectiveness (apparently successful a month later), and took steps to discourage any repeat of the problem.
