Reliable and decent quality work.

Really happy with the service from BIC- the quote was prompt and I didn’t need to wait ages for the work to be completed. On the day the tradesman turned up on time and did a good job and the communication with the company has been brilliant and they answered all my queries very quickly. Very impressed and I would definitely use them again. One of the few companies on check a trade that actually responded to my request for a quote and could do the job!

Hanging two oak doors

I got BIC UK Facilities management to fit too oak veneer doors after an absolute unprofessional trade made a mess of fitting them the first time round. The service was excellent as was the end product. I really couldn’t have asked more of their joiner and will be using them for any future building works I need doing. On top of that they are competitively priced

Stunning built in bedframe

I approached BIC to create me a bed frame that went over the box in the attic bedroom, this would allow me to have the rest of the room as open space. They replied quickly, assessed the job and provided me a quote. John and Sophie have been very helpful and are really nice people; very friendly. Connor came to make the bedframe with an apprentice. Both very lovely guys, so polite and friendly. Connor asked me to check he job every step of the way to see if I was happy and they were very respectful of my house taking large pieces of wood up to flights of steps. I highly recommend

I really can't say enough positive things about this company. They recently did some work in my home replacing broken fire doors. I had never managed any home renovations before and they walked me through every stage of the process and I felt completely comfortable at all times. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work outstanding. It was also done in a very timely manner even though I made last-minute modifications. The tradesmen were professional, tidy and respectful to the end and clearly take pride in their work. In particular, Michael was amazing. He went above and beyond.

Great stunning decking by BIC

John's team have visited the site and provided me with a quote and gave enough time to get back to them. Their team arrived at the site as per the plan and finished the work in 4 days due to rain being on and off. They are professionals and did the work with utmost care and diligence. Im very much pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend it to my friends. Thanks John and team.
