  Kevan and his team were excellent. Very impressed with the safety issues. They worked incredibly hard, all three guys were busy. Tidied up after the tree was down and took all the waste away. I would not hesitate to call Kevan again if more work is needed.

  Fitting new thermostatic shower valve

  Ian was very prompt at answering my checkatrade request. He came round to see the problem and duly quoted for the job. The job was done within a week. The shower hasn't worked so well for years. Ian also noticed the adjustable riser rail was broken so he sorted that out as well. He was polite, tidy and just got on with the job. I would not hesitate for one moment asking Ian to sort any other problems we have in the future.

  I can't thank Barry and Tina enough. Barry came out the other day to quote for the job and today the work was completed. 'Hedgehog' removed from the gutters and all cleared from moss etc. Would highly recommend.

  I phoned Desi last week as our radiators aren't getting hot. Whilst he was unable to visit, he was extremely helpful over the phone giving me things to try and talking me through.

  2 new double sockets and switch.

  Martin was able to sort out 2 sockets that no longer worked and a light switch which worked when it felt like it! Really pleased with the prompt return call and the work done. Will definitely use again.

  Tony was very polite and managed to fix my ten year old Bosch washing machine. It was not completing the cycle, clothes coming out smellier than they went in!

  Water not heating up.

  Tom came to look at the problem very promptly and very quickly diagnosed the problem - timer switch. He had a new one in the van and fitted it there and then, plus putting in all the times to come on and off. He was very polite and we will phone him again when needed.
