Ian was really flexible at finding a time he could visit and even let me know when he was on his way. He solved my problem really quickly in spite of it being a tough call to remove the old tap and in an awkward place with little space to get a good grip. I make every effort to leave a customer’s property tidy and I can remove all rubbish, if requested at time of quoting.
