  REPLACING SHOWER AND OVER BATH SHOWER SCREEN

  I have used Ian for plumbing services on a couple of occasions and found him to be helpful and reliable. Recently I had to call upon his services again when I needed a new shower and shower screen to be fitted. He responded quickly to my request. He replaced my shower but I had a few issues with it on first using. He promptly came back with a different attachment and my new shower is now working as it should. He always turns up when he says he will, he cleans up afterwards and he’s good at offering at advice. He is my go to plumber and I have recommended him to my friends.

  We hadn't needed to call on Ian's services for some time, but we got a leak from a loft pipe that just starting to come through the ceiling. Luckily we caught it in time and put a tray under the leak temporarily, until we could get a plumber. Ian offered to come out the same day. But due to an appointment I asked if he could come out the following day. Ian s work standard was just as excellent as it was when he put in heated towel rads a couple of years ago. He was punctual, tidy and thorough with his work. It's always a relief when a leak is fixed, but with Ian it was stress free.

  Replace and fit a dripping kitchen mixer tap

  Ian arrived as scheduled and fitted a replacement tap under warranty. Third time I’ve used his services for plumbing work in the last 5 years and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again when/if needed.

  Ian explained clearly what needed to be done and kept me fully informed as the work progressed. He also provided some useful advice on related issues. Communication was excellent throughout. I would recommend.
