  Ian was efficient, professional and fair with his estimates and how he operated. He wanted to come around and have a look (at no cost) to give an accurate estimate of the job and did so within 24 hours of me posting the job (on the Tues, visited Weds). He then ordered parts and had it fixed the Monday after visiting. A job well done. I'd recommend Ian.

  Simple job was more complicated than it should have been. Parts in short supply. Ian was great in coming up with a solution and problem solved. Very old leaking ballcock sorted 🙂

  My house was built in the mid-seventies. In the main, the plumbing is original. Over the years, as necessary, Ian has replaced taps, an upstairs toilet, a number of radiators and a shower unit. Whenever Ian has done work at my property, it has been with the minimum disruption and at a reasonable price. The quality of his work is fine.

  Refurbishment of leaking toilet

  Ian refurbished an upstairs loo that had started to leak via corroding bolts holding the cistern to the pan , this included replacing the internals to the cistern & connecting pipework and a new rubber connector to the soil pipe. The work done is of very good quality & I would highly recommend him. Good communication, timekeeping & polite.
