Job location: RG40This is the second time we have used DCL; they are helpful, reliable and very hard working. We had them install a new soakaway in the front garden after years of excess rain water standing after heavy rain. They advised that the old soakaway was worn out and quoted for a new one, following current regulations on positioning. Cameron and his team (Ben & Dennis) explained what was needed, checked we were OK with their recommendations, politely answered questions, turned up when they said and worked hard to finish and clean up well within the expected time. Would gladly use their services again.- CCallum L

I'm so pleased we had a personal recommendation to contact Desi at DCL. He is very knowledgable and I felt reassured from the start that he wouldn't rest until he'd found the cause of our drainage issue, where water was backing up into the sink, especially when the previous company we called to investigate had given up without determining the cause. Desi carried out a thorough investigation with CCTV, plumbers dye and thermal imaging. He kept me informed throughout, showed me the images on screen and was clear on the plan to resolve this. 10 Extension of cold water supply and drain connection to enable siting of dishwasher in new location

We have enough experience to diagnose the problem over the phone, and therefore have fixed prices that remain the same.
We also have some new, improved gutter cleaning equipment that allows us to show you camera footage of the blockage, both before and after the clean. This gives you peace of mind that the cleaning has been carried out effectively.
We carry out an enhanced “soak-away treatment process” that aims to keep your soak-aways clean and maintained: this is far cheaper than a full replacement which can run into thousands of pounds!
