10 Prompt and efficient service

Job location: GU10The drain in my sink was leaking into the cupboard below. I contacted DCL and they sent someone the following day who repaired it quickly and efficiently. Will use again10 Highly professional company at sensible prices.

Prompt response to my enquiry. Chap sent out to survey issue was extremely polite and professional and clearly new what he was talking about. Work was carried out to a high standard with the site left very tidy. Price was also very reasonable. My family have used this company twice now and we wouldn't use anyone else. Cameron did a great job in our back garden. He blocked and secured an old unused pipe and made repairs that we needed. He cleared up everything and sorted the problem. He was very polite and efficient :) All the team was lovely in the previous visit, great communication. I highly recommend this company. DCL team checked our drains and eliminated that as the source of rats entering the property and upon inspection of the house they found an entry point. They presented a plan of works to seal the entry point and other areas that showed signs of activity and to bait the loft. Work was carried out swiftly and cleanly and Ian communicated throughout the process what they had found, showed us videos and images to support their findings and next steps. 9 Investigating into rodent holes around drain

Identified hole on drain where rodents had dug away and coming up through the grass. Re cemented hole to stop issue, cleaned out drains and re set drain into grass and cemented to finish. We carry out an enhanced “soak-away treatment process” that aims to keep your soak-aways clean and maintained: this is far cheaper than a full replacement which can run into thousands of pounds!
