10 Issue with rodents. Ian came as arranged to do a CCTV inspection and did an excellent job.

Excellent service from the initial call where I explained my problem. Appointment booked for Ian to come. Ian has been brilliant, doing a thorough investigation of the drains, carefully explaining each stage. One drain is inside the property and he was really helpful moving the carpet and furniture to gain access. Fitted a rat flap to ensure the rodents can no longer gain access. We woke up to a large leak in our kitchen. We contacted DCL and I have to say I was so glad that I selected them from checkatrade. Des came in and found the leak without needing to pull off half the ceiling using his camera technology. He and his team pulled out the stops get the leak fixed quickly . This is a family firm and both Des and his son Cameron are top notch at what they do. After being let down and ripped off by a number of other companies Cam and Desi came to the rescue, just wish we'd found them sooner!! We had a mysterious leak which Cam investistigated and determined a probable cause where no other tradesperson had. Cam and Desi came up with a solution that would cause as little damage and destruction as possible, we had other companies who wanted to unecessarily dig up the whole kitchen to access and fix the leak! We had a mains water leak in the garden & DCL Drains fitted us in at short notice to rectify it. Ian worked hard all morning to locate the leak & was helpful & kept us informed. Cameron joined in the afternoon & both team members worked diligently to fix the problem & reinstate the area including covering the surface with new shingle. We were very pleased with the work & also with the service from the office where Mia did her best to get us an early appointment.
