  Previous owners connected toilet and kitchen wrong, needed remediation work

  The team (Frank and Rich) first came for a CCTV investigation and identified the root cause of the problem with care and diligence. Quotation for proposed remediation work was provided in a week. And work arranged within a good timeframe. The team did the work as promised and as charged in the quotation. They are reliable and conversations with them provided me confidence in their work. As expected, lots of digging to reveal the problematic pipes, but the team did tidy up to is original state. No regrets engaging Drain Division.
