Paul contacted me the same day to my voice message and provided an up front costs plus parts based on the information I gave. Matt then called later to arrange to come first thing next morning. Matt promptly identified the cause of the leak from my toilet, went to obtain the necessary parts, and installed them quickly and efficiently. One of our radiators was leaking and we needed an emergency call out - Paul responded brilliantly and isolated the radiator and replaced it shortly after. We also had other work done including changing the pump as it was very noisy and Paul did all the work in one day and it has worked perfectly. Job location: CV31Paul sorted out a leaking stop valve on the toilet supply pipe. He brought a new part with him and sorted the problem efficiently and quickly. Very pleased with the result.
