  Under floor bathroom leak

  Jonathan investigated and repaired a leak under our bathroom floor. He came in the evening of the day we requested an emergency plumber. He worked systematically to locate the problem and explained exactly what he was doing, then repaired the leak. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. He is courteous and left our house completely clean and tidy. His pricing is very fair.

  I agreed a quote in December to install a replacement shower on 10/01/19. I contacted the company on 08/1 to find their arrival time and it transpired they had forgotten to order the shower! I accepted an alternative date of 11/1 'after 2pm'. I reluctantly agreed having had my work/family commitments disrupted for 10/1. I believed 'after 2pm' to still be an afternoon appointment, but by 4pm there had been no communication or plumber! I contacted the firms office and was told mine was the last job of the day and the plumber was currently on a job in Deal. At this point I lost all confidence.
