  Turning bathroom into a purpose built wetroom........

  Jonathan came and gave us advice [he is our 'everyday' plumber] on completely gutting and rebuilding our bathroom to a wetroom, due to our infirmities and 'old age'. Throughout he was approachable, knowledgable, courteous and listened to our requirements. He gave a quote which was 'sensible' and a timescale for the project [new ceiling and floor, take out all old fittings, including bath, and re-fit to the design we wanted. Items purchased on our behalf were either the same items or [with consulation] better. His work ethic was exemplary. We are so pleased with the end result. Many thanks!

  En-Suite Bathroom up-grade

  This was not the first job Jonathan has done for me. I choose him as his work, commitment, enthusiasm, and all round customer service in general, are to be admired. This most recent job had one or two unforeseen hurdles, but Jonathan overcame them. He kept me informed of my options, made some alterations to the original plan, and came up with the perfect solutions. This guy lets nothing beat him, and works solidly until the job is completed to satisfaction. He is most capable, and works to a very high standard. Always gives a competitive , realistic quotation and keeps to it !

  Investigated a potential waste leak and repaired shower

  Very informative, fixed the shower perfectly, did a great job of investigating a leak and then fixing the tiles for it after. Gave great, price-aware options regarding fixing the shower.

  A job well done ! JL plumbing are professional and do I not cut corners. They were able to discuss any issues and solutions with us and not just take matters into their own hands.
