  Blocked external drain cleared

  They were very friendly and professional to speak with and offered some good advice. Howard’s communications were good but a little confusion with times from another employee member but arrived when Howard said they would. They cleared the drain which seems to have solved the problem, unfortunately the motor ran out of fuel so couldn’t finish the high pressure hose they intended to do but fingers hopefully didn’t matter. The hosing took about 10 minutes which meant the cost of the work although standard feels unfair but better than damage from flood water. Thank you.

  Fantastic communication very professional gave an extremely detailed and reasonable quote. We didn’t need the work in the end but was incredibly happy with Glyn and would fully recommend A1
