  Extractor fan fitting in bathroom where there wasn't one previously

  Richard was great, came and quoted promptly and described what he would need to do and how long he thought it would take. Came on time to do the work and was very clean throughout. There were a few extra bits he needed to do but these were explained well. Really pleased with everything and would recommend

  Removal of 1 old style rubber cable.

  Richard quickly identified the cable and removed it; he tidied up messy remaining cables (he noticed) with cable ties to make floorboard replacement easy and secure. Conscientious and professional, easy to talk to.

  New electrical sockets in two rooms and hallway

  Full house rewire

  Richard came out to-do a full rewire of out property. He understood we are a family of 4 and weren't in a position to fully empty the property and he worked around that. Work was carried out when he said it would be, few hiccups cropped up and he was able to address them. Happy with the work carried out and would hire again!
