  Built a new drain under the patio

  Awesome! They built a new new drain under the patio in just over a day. Top quality work. The reinstated patio looked better than before they began. Very professional. They came and made sure they knew what was needed. Provided answers to questions I hadn't thought of. They gave written paper quotes and invoices. Tidied up and took all the spoil away. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but definitely the best. We're very pleased.

  The engineers came out, very prompt. They were very professional, and friendly, and knew what they were doing, they were very experienced. The drains were sorted out for our company, at a low cost (which is very favourable with our Director), and everything was explained clearly! We will definitely use Ace of Drains if we ever have any issues again. Thank you.

  New gully needed in drain outside back door

  Very pleased with Howard and his team, who came promptly to look at my drain and diagnose the problem with it, which was a need to descale and then a new gully, replacing the old one which was cracked. Despite a very busy schedule, they were able to return just a few days later, by fitting me in at the weekend. I was also impressed to get a written quote when they came to look first, and then a written invoice upon completion. Proper documentation! Based on my experience, I would say that this team is knowledgeable and experienced, professional and courteous. Can definitely recommend!
