10 Good professional work, with easy to deal with engineers

I've used Matt and the team for three jobs so far: dealing with a problem on my boiler, servicing the boiler and installing a drinking water filter system. Three different people (including Matt the first time). All very very pleasant to deal with and did a very thorough job each time. Didn't have to tell them to take shoes off in the house (shows real consideration for customers). No issues at all with their work or attitude. 10 Fault Finding on Electrical Lighting Circuit

Came when they said, found & fixed the problem, billed what they had quoted and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Took their shoes off when coming inside (without being asked) and left the house spotless (apart from a minor bit of dirt spilled due to an accident with one of my plants, but I can't blame them for that - I should really have moved it). 10 Replacing tiles

I had a tile that was broken and leaking into my loft (as my felt has some holes in). Lewis got his guys onto the loft to check it and found some other tiles that were broken. Fixing the one giving me a problem or all five was the same price, so I got them all done (makes sense as it still involves a trip to buy the tile or tiles and fitting each one is pretty quick). I was shown photos of all broken tiles before I agreed for them to do the work and advised on other working needing doing in the future, with no pressure on me to do immediately. We did have to rearrange the appointment for the next day, but that can happen if caught up in a job that takes longer than expected. I can't say perfect time keeping because of that, but unfair to knock off more than a point. Everything else was polite, efficient and clean. Just what you want from anyone doing a job. Oh, and the price charged was the price quoted, another important requirement! 9.75 Attempted repair of boiler, then fitting of new when repair of old not possible

Really polite and friendly throughout (dealing with 3 people from the firm). Excellent workmanship, especially when fitting the new boiler and kept fully apprised of how long work would take. Only possible blemish was I was told I would get a call back one evening to fit a part, but didn't until the morning. Minor in the scheme of things. Every appointment made was on time. Charged exactly the price quoted for all work, despite a bit of extra kit thrown in for free.. Site left clean and tidy (cleaner than it was to start with!). All rubbish taken away. Very pleasant to deal with and very professional. Charged exactly what was quoted. They were a little late getting here due to another job overrunning (but arrived and completed work on the day scheduled). Kept me fully informed of the delay and when they would be here. A little dirt left in the shower tray, but that was probably from my old shower unit so arguably my problem not theirs (either way, nothing to complain about and 1 minute to clean).
