    Leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs cloak room

    It was very difficult to get to leak but Mark managed to find it through other pipes and then he repaired the leak in such a way that showed his excellent experience at plumbing work, which he showed at our home before. We thank Mark and rely at him and his experience.

    Call out charge?

    I understood that there was no call out charge to replace a washer on a leaking pipe. I understand there is a charge for time being spent. But I was charged £160 for 15 minutes work? I thought that was extortionate amount.
