  Recently we used GM property services to take out an existing kitchen, do minor alterations and refit new kitchen. Their work is immaculate, their care and attention to detail second to none. Every workman was polite, skilled and every evening before leaving they cleaned and tidied up. Doors were sealed tightly so dust did not spread further throughout the house. Paul managed  the job so that plumber, electrician, worktop fitter all arrived when needed so the job run to time perfectly. WhatsApp group between ourselves and the team meant communication was easy and helpful.

  GM Property services undertook the work to relay our porch foundation. The team were very professional, timely and delivered the works to a high quality. Gary and his sons manage the works very well and keep you informed via WhatsApp, something I have not experienced with any other builders.   I recently hired GM Property Services to carry out repairs and refurbishment work at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. They installed new floorboards in the cloakroom, fitted new boards and re tiled the area with tiles that matched the original perfectly. They also repaired damaged flooring in the utility room and hallway, restoring both areas beautifully. All rubbish was removed promptly, and the workspace was kept tidy throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship was excellent
