  A stress-free experience with excellent result - would recommend

  I recently hired GM Property Services to carry out repairs and refurbishment work at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. They installed new floorboards in the cloakroom, fitted new boards and re tiled the area with tiles that matched the original perfectly. They also repaired damaged flooring in the utility room and hallway, restoring both areas beautifully. All rubbish was removed promptly, and the workspace was kept tidy throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship was excellent

  excellent work

  Replacement of front and rear cladding including extra thick insulation. GM property did a very through job, in a polite and friendly manner. Gary was regularly on site to check the jobs progress and fully explain the additional work that was required once the old cladding was removed. Having there own scaffolding made the time spent here was reduced and they cleared up all the old debry as they went.

  It was a pleasure working with GM Property Services Ltd from start to finish. Gary, Dean and the team carried out repair works to the parapet wall, added new lead flashing and repointed the chimney stack. The communication was great from start to finish, pricing was fair and quality of work amazing. I have no problems recommending them and will be sure to use them again!

  GM Property Services were professional in every way. Gary was always available to give help and advice, and Dean provided the estimate very quickly and to my requirements. The fitters always arrived on time and were very efficient and willing to explain things.

  The Best Decision

  I cannot recommend GM Property Services highly enough. They carried out a full refurb of our property in Thornton Heath from Oct-Dec '25, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Their quote was clear and transparent, communication consistently strong, and Paul made the whole process feel extremely well managed. The work was completed on time and the quality of the finish exceeded our expectations. A professional, reliable and highly skilled team who take pride in their work. They took the stress out of what could have been an extremely stressful experience, so thanks again guys!
