  GM Property Services were professional in every way. Gary was always available to give help and advice, and Dean provided the estimate very quickly and to my requirements. The fitters always arrived on time and were very efficient and willing to explain things.

  The Best Decision

  I cannot recommend GM Property Services highly enough. They carried out a full refurb of our property in Thornton Heath from Oct-Dec '25, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Their quote was clear and transparent, communication consistently strong, and Paul made the whole process feel extremely well managed. The work was completed on time and the quality of the finish exceeded our expectations. A professional, reliable and highly skilled team who take pride in their work. They took the stress out of what could have been an extremely stressful experience, so thanks again guys!

  London’s most considerate builders

  GM Property Services are doing a lot of work on the flat upstairs from ours, which is how we came across them. GM have very done some rewiring for us and hung some doors in our flat. It seemed wise to update the wiring whilst the floors were up in the flat above us, and the cables to our ceiling lights and switches were exposed. The tradespeople doing the works were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The most considerate builders I’ve ever met, they even cleaned up and hoovered after each of their visits! What’s not to like?

  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

  This is the second time I've used GM Property Services. The first time was a loft extension 5 years ago, and this time it was a kitchen extension. Paul and the team are a pleasure to work with and have done a brilliant job. It says something that the lads that came to work on the kitchen were the same who worked on the loft 5 years ago - it's a family business and they have a great, loyal team. The work was done to a very high standard and we're incredibly pleased with the outcome. If we have more work, we wouldn't use anyone else.

  Great team, great work!

  Our house refurbishment was completed by GKP in two phases: main construction and extensions, followed by finishes and decoration. The construction phase was excellent — Paul, Dean, and Gary managed everything smoothly, even while we were abroad, showing great communication and professionalism. Finishes were good overall, with some plastering and painting issues quickly resolved. GKP also supported us in resolving window supplier problems that was recommended by GKP. The project stayed on budget and scope so we highly recommend GKP for their reliability and commitment.

  Trustworthy, competitively priced

  Called Dean after seeing a Facebook recommendation. He replied promptly and arranged to attend within a quick timeframe to quote for the works. I was extremely impressed with the work they carried out and can highly recommend. They are a very trustworthy and professional team and I would definitely use them again in the future.
