  Wow Oakley is the most amazing plumber we’ve ever met. He is exceptional! Quality of work is unbelievably neat, tidy and professional, he’s punctual and thorough and put in some serious hours to get our job completed quickly. He fitted over 200 fixings in the job and all have been perfect. From first contact to job completed must have been less than 3 weeks. Oakley took the time to explain the new system to us and checked our understanding. He was also really reassuring if we struggled with anything to contact him for advice. It’s rare to get a tradesperson who is like Oakley. He’s first class

  What an amazing person Mike is. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more helpful, reasonable, genuine and knowledgeable person . From contacting Mike late Monday evening, the report was booked in and completed by Thursday. He’s fair, reasonable and extremely efficient. Is recommend him to anyone!

  Broken washing machine door lock. Turns out it’s a faulty machine from hotpoint! Scott helped me work out how to check it with hotpoint and request a new machine that I was entitled to.
