  Ian is very knowledgeable, and experienced. He’s good at assessing problems and sharing his vast bank of information to come up with the best solutions. He worked hard and didn’t stop for tea at all. His work was all done to a high standard, and I was particularly impressed with his suggestion to try a product on a patio problem, and to wait to see how it copes with the weather before going ahead with the whole job. I feel confident in his ability and understanding of different issues and how best to approach them. Great to have a solid builder again, and at fair rates I’d highly recommend him

  Chimney Repairs

  We recently had some chimney repairs done by Ian, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. After being quoted some pretty eye-watering prices by other companies, it was such a relief to find someone so honest and straightforward. Ian took the time to explain exactly what needed doing (and what didn’t), and his pricing was fair and transparent from the start. The quality of his work was excellent, he’s super reliable, efficient and friendly and he kept me constantly updated and informed. I’ll never use another builder again - Ian is just incredible, I can’t recommend him enough.

  Clean and waterproof house fron

  Ian was from the first contact professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave us options to resolve the water ingress. He was flexible about time frame and carried out the work to the highest level. We only have praise for his work. (See photo of work in progress) We would definitely use his service again.

  remove existing patio and dangerous steps. replace with new slabs and put in place a hand rail

  Ian came along to my parents home with ideas on how to upgrade the garden. Ian worked very hard and to a very high standard. Ian's communication was excellent and his adaptability to changes to plans was exceptional. would highly recommend.

  Repointing brickwork

  Perfect experience. Ian's work was flawless, he went through extra effort to ensure the new mortar matches the old as much as possible. He also took the time to teach me how to do the work myself and left the extra materials for any future work, if needed.
