  Honest, knowledgeable and helpful! Joe came out to us to look at 3 different leaks in various parts of the roof and he was able to diagnose them all. His honesty is what stood out as jobs he didn’t feel comfortable doing he said so and recommended other tradesmen who would be more suitable. He was also kind enough to and free of charge repair one of our leaks whilst he was visiting for a quote. He has a friendly manner and we look forward to working with him and would recommend him to others.

  Renovate oak staircase and repair leather sofa

  So pleased I found George on Check A Trade. I made an enquiry and was visited the same day for a quote. George is highly skilled, patience and precise. He has invested in all the top quality tools and completed my staircase renovation making it look brand new! One seat on my faux leather sofa was badly damaged and George has restored this meaning I won’t have to replace my whole sofa suite and can continue to enjoy using it. Before George left I have already discussed further work. I would highly recommend using this company for any restorations or repairs you may have.

  Installation additional units

  Having undertaken lots of research we decided to use G L Air Services due to the really positive reviews. In particular quality of product, install, price and post sale service. George was lovely to deal with. We had aircons fitted by George last year and have been so pleased and have gone on to get a further two units fitted downstairs just today. The work has been completed to a high standard and has a neat finish with no decorating needed after. I would highly recommend using this company and will continue to do so next year when we do the loft.

  EPC rental property - Selective License

  Excellent service. I have used Alpesh on a few different properties, both when selling and also to support the required documentation for Selective Landlord Licence required by the council. He is good at what he does, polite and professional and reasonable too. Will use again.

  Undertaking EPC surveys on a 3 bed semi detached house and a ground floor maisonette.

  The search on Checkatrade gave me lots of local companies who could do the EPC survey. I contacted ABD Energy for a quote due to having one of the highest average reviews. Alpesh seemed very polite on the phone and also accommodated my request for a same day survey at 8pm. His price was also competitive with others. He came at the agreed time, was professional and courteous and provided proof of completed EPC live on the governments website by 7am the following morning. I have already recommended him to others and would also use him again myself in the future.

  Supply and fit air conditioning units at a residential property.

  We contacted a few air con companies and are really happy we went with G.L Air Services Ltd. We were pleased with communication, price, install and post install customer service. We went onto recommend to others and 2 have already had G.L undertake their installs too. We would be happy to use their services in the future and recommend.

  Moving house including dissembling and reassembling furniture

  Jose and his colleague both did such an amazing job for us. They worked incredibly hard and didn’t stop even for a second. They took such good care of all our things and made our move stress free.
