I needed someone to give me an Energy Performance Certificate fairly quickly. I contacted Check a Trade and Alpesh Patel responded promptly. He said he would be able to do the assessment the following day. He carried out the inspection in a most professional manner, and in less than 24 hours (on a Sunday!), I had the report. I could not have been more pleased. I was very impressed with the way Alpesh did the job and am happy to recommend his services. Job location: NW10Received curiosity call to remind me of my appointment on arrival I could clearly see and read ID before giving access. Gave oversight of what and why works required under new legislation and benefits . Quietly and professionally manoeuvre around property without any disturbance to myself or family.
