  dean was really great . turned up on time , worked really hard and completed the job as planned . Tiling work is really lovely and finishes off the kitchen He worked to his original quote and was good value for money - no hesitation in recommending Dean to others

  Darren came and quoted and i booked the work in for 2 weeks time- then 2 days before he was due decided to let me know it would be too hot to do anything in the loft- although the day he was due is only likely to be 23 degrees- I understood that, but then couldn't come back for nearly a month - don't think he wanted the work to be honest and to wait until the last minute to notify me was pretty poor. he has delayed me getting on with other jobs and i would have preferred him to be up front at the beginning. Would not use him under any circumstances - can't be relied on
