We had in leak in the ceiling of the downstairs loo. Darren traced this back to the cistern of the loo in our en suite above and sorted this immediately. He then kindly agreed to replace the loo and basin units of the en-suite along with the cistern. It wasn’t easy as it was mixing some new bits with what we already had in place.
