10 Broken Toilet

We came home from holiday to find that our toilets cistern wasn't filling up and that water was flowing straight into the bowl. Darren came round shortly after I called, he was very clear about all aspects of the job including cost and the time it would take to complete. Darren replaced my defunct shower pump (he had to remove the whole WC to gain access to it), refurbished the WC components and replaced the flow controls inside the shower unit itself. He made sure to cause minimal disruption while he worked. The whole process was carried out with great care and expertise and he took the trouble to make sure that I understood what needed to be done.
