When a faulty ballcock valve in the header tank of the central heating system wasn't covered by the service contract held with another company, DPK (Darren) said he would come out within the hour which he did, he replaced the water supply ballcock valve very thoroughly, quickly with a polite and professional manner at a very reasonable cost. He was very polite, tidy, helpful and efficient. His manner was comfortable and a pleasure to have him work in our home. We came home from holiday to find that our toilets cistern wasn't filling up and that water was flowing straight into the bowl. Darren came round shortly after I called, he was very clear about all aspects of the job including cost and the time it would take to complete.
