  Quick response and visit scheduled for next working day. Very clean and efficient work. We had some rusted screw areas which made it a delicate job but they were able to fix it all without any breaks to the ceramic enclosure. Very pleased and would book again.

  We are very pleased with this service. Had a small leak in the roof. The company found other areas needing repair and provided photos to show the problems. They gave different budget options for repair and a written outline of the steps needed to complete the work. Always courteous, the worker completed with minimal disruption. Trustworthy and reliable service.

  Second time I have used this service and I very much appreciate how quickly I could schedule an appointment. Once I have it in mind to clear something I just want it out of the house and gone and with this company I know they will fit me in soon to take it away. Highly recommend and expected to use again at my next decluttering purge.

  Gave me excellent, free advice by phone.

  I was able to talk through my drain problem on the phone and was advised by Mr Ferns to call Thames Water which I did and got the problem fixed. I think that other companies may have visited me and charged a call-out fee before telling me that. So I am immensely grateful for the free advice today and would use this company again.

  Vinyl fitting for tiny bathroom floor.

  I can not thank this company enough for scheduling me in at such short notice when I was let down by another fitter. I have relatives visiting imminently and am so grateful they could get this done. This was an awkwardly-shaped bathroom flooring job, in a very confined space on a very hot afternoon. The team are amazing to have produced such a beautifully finished floor for me. Very polite, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

  A speedy response to my enquiry, Paul was able to visit the next day. He was very efficient and completed the job within an hour. There seemed to be two nests and Paul thoroughly cleared the area and I am very happy with his service. Would highly recommend this company.
