  Repair to tap and sourcing correct parts

  I can’t rate Jason highly enough. He was in touch with me promptly initially, was able to fit me in at short notice and arrived on time. On the initial call out when it became apparent spare parts would be required he assisted me in speaking to the supplier and getting the right components. As I was on holiday the following week he took the time to collect these and keep them on my behalf, giving the supplier his contact details. His communication was brilliant and he was able to return to complete the job without issue. I will definitely be using Jason again

  Low water pressure. Replacement balance valve

  Jason quickly diagnosed the issue. The system was quite old and he had to put in a lot of effort to find the right part - it was from 1991! Not only did he find it, and replace it - it took him less time to fit than he originally quoted and lowered my bill accordingly. Really nice chap. Knows his stuff. Definitely recommend.
