  Excellent Service and Honest Advice

  Greg from Abattis attended to investigate an issue with communication via our gate intercom. Although the fault wasn’t immediately obvious on the first visit, he took the time to properly assess the system and returned to resolve the issue rather than suggesting unnecessary replacements. Very professional, considerate, and honest in his approach. The problem was fixed efficiently and we were pleased with the service provided. Would happily recommend.

  Disappointing after a promising meeting to resolve drainage issues with CAME boxes. Short cutting the drainage away from the boxes after we had agreed a solution to drain into the verge. Ignoring one of their own engineers when he raised the issue after heavy rainfall showing one of the boxes full of water. 10 months down the line a further problem where they had failed to seal the control box leaving holes for slugs to crawl in damaging the board causing the gates to fail. Will not be using this company again.
