  Excellent Service and Honest Advice

  Greg from Abattis attended to investigate an issue with communication via our gate intercom. Although the fault wasn’t immediately obvious on the first visit, he took the time to properly assess the system and returned to resolve the issue rather than suggesting unnecessary replacements. Very professional, considerate, and honest in his approach. The problem was fixed efficiently and we were pleased with the service provided. Would happily recommend.

  Security system service

  We moved into a house with a security system already installed but had never been set up or used. Ryan from Abattis serviced the system, changed all batteries, set everything up for us, explained how to use the system, and gave excellent security advice. We are extremely happy with Abattis security and I highly recommend their services.

  Abattis has fixed up the security and fire alarm systems for my new company and I'm over the moon with the service received so far! Great communication, friendly people, and get everything completed as quickly as they can. Couldn't fault them if I tried, highly recommend!

  Abattis Security were a real pleasure to deal with. It was like a throw back to 'good old reliable, good value, customer service'. From the initial prompt telephone response, to completion of the service, I cannot praise them more. In my working life I have headed Customer Service and Procurement activity for very large companies, and Abattis get 5 stars for everything.   From initial contact, quote and installation Abattis was top notch. Practical advice about what we needed, through to a very smooth installation and how to use the system, the team were great. Definitely recommend!
