I spoke to Amanda about my gate which kept lurching off the metal roller. She was so helpful and attentive - organising an engineer for the next day and telephoning me within 1/2 an hour to confirm. Brad - the engineer- arrived exactly the the time which was allocated. He quickly assessed the problem and remedied the situation. Very competent and so informative about why the gate was unstable. He was so thorough on checking everything and it was great for me to learn from his knowledge. I have been dealing with Site services for a couple of years and they were recommended by a friend and i have to say they are brilliant. The office staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We have had an engineer called Nick visit a couple of times and he is great very friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable he is a great asset to the company.
