  Ceiling and walls reskimming plus ceiling rose install

  Jamie and his team did a fantastic job and got 3 rooms, 2 ceilings and a corridor done in a day. I was impressed with the quality of the work, that they took the harder route of stripping the existing paper, repairing and skimming the ceilings rather than just another plaster board layer that would have lost detail in the ceiling coving. They weren't put off by ceilings or roses like several companies I spoke to. A fantastic job, well recommended.

  Radiator removal and install of new one

  A quote was generated following a video call of the room and situation,and after paying the deposit a plumber was out within a week and managed to finish the job in a day,removing the old pipework without damage to the floorboards and installing the new one to a high standard. Many thanks, would use again.

  Flashing and tile repair

  I've had a leak for a while which flaunching and pointing the stack hadn't fixed and I'd had double figures of tradesmen come look, have no idea, make up absurd contradictory issues and quotes ranging 3 to 4 figures. Marks team were reasonable, had a go at fixing the leak, were prompt, identified some other potential issues with ventilation, and had the work done in an afternoon. It took a few calls for a return visit to fix a damaged gutter by a ladder during the work, but it was an understandable delay during a wet busy period.

  Unblocking downpipe drain from leaves

  I've used Pro-Jett on two occasions now to unblock drains and they've been fantastic. Out the next day, sorted the problem first time, were courteous, and left the place in excellent condition. Well recommend.

  Induction hob install and new consumer unit

  Richard was polite, planned ahead, came out and checked our home and what was needed for the job before taking on the job which saved delayed and extra visits. Couldn't have done a better job, well recommend.

  Induction hob install and removal of decommissioned gas hob

  Richard contacted me quickly following the job posting, stopped off the next day to check what was needed work-wise which saved an extra visit. By chance the hob was delivered during his assessment visit, he got started straight away and got the job finished very quickly which was amazing when you have a family of 4 down to a microwave and portable hob only. Well recommend.

  Replacement of waste water pump (instead of fix)

  Job changed to a like for like replacement. It took a month to the day to get Leo out to do what was less that 30 mins work with 2 missed dates agreed rearranged, one he clearly forgot and was not working when stated running late. I have 14 message reminders, calls many he failed to reply. Time keeping and management are very poor as was the job; rushed,did not attached a valve right,blowing off flooding the basement, he was out the door in minutes before checking the pump worked. It didn't,a week of chasing back out he attempted to charge an addition fee for incomplete work the first visit
