  Good, old fashioned service values

  This business offers excellent customer service. The phone was answered promptly and an appointment to do the necessary assessment and repair was promised within the hour. The potential cost was also explained fully. True to their word, a plumber contacted us and was at the house promptly then sorted out the issue. He was polite and efficient. We will definitely use this business again and would recommend them.

  Had our boiler review completed. It was was to make and arrange appointments, clear communication and updates from DTS about timings and arrival times. Workmen were respectful, reliable and knowledgeable. We’re on a scheme with DTS with provides reassurance and good value for money across the year. Would recommend

  Repair to central heating boiler

  Had used DTS for my yearly boiler service, so when a problem on my boiler occurred I contacted them. The fault happened on a Sunday morning, meaning I had no hot water at all. I rang first thing on the following Monday and DTS sent an engineer that afternoon and he soon diagnosed the problem and, although he managed to get the boiler to work, he said that it was only temporary and parts needed replacing. This was carried out 9 days later. The engineer was very competent, professional, and courteous and explained everything he had done and why. All in all a very good experience.
