    Great company and staff

    The guys who came out today were great and provided the annual boiler service. They were friendly, helpful, polite and tidy as always. They went above and beyond in customer service helping me secure a loose bathroom heated towel rail and arranging for a quote for replacing a kitchen sink and taps. They come out when they say they will and office staff are friendly and prompt at dealing with any queries. We would highly recommend.

    I booked a service for my boiler. Jamie arrived on time. He introduced himself. Explained what he was going to do etc. Extremely helpful, when I asked questions. Jamie also explained about the service plan,the benefits of having the plan. I went ahead and organized the plan which suits my needs for the boiler. They service my boiler every year. Jamie is a real asset to the company, professional, friendly & polite. Please pass on my thanks.
