  Ripoff, dishonest and unfit for purpose

  Work was carried out wayvoutside the scope of what was requested. Rather than do what was required, the electrician spent days - CHARGED AT AN HOURLY RATE doing an "inspection" which was actually an exercise in listing all billable work that could then be done. During this inspection the oven and boiler were disconnected. 2 other electricians who visited to remedy the problems described the work done as "disgraceful", "unnecessary", "unacceptable" and "poor".

  Short circuit, fault found and repaired

  Vinnie was super reliable, he arrived on time and was extremely efficient and found out where the fault came from in our electric circuit. He was very patient and skilled. Clearly an expert in his field.

  Very pleased to have found HandyExperts, their staff on the phone very polite and helpful and gave clear guidance about their charges which they kept to. A very decent gentleman called Vinny turned up and was not only very good at his job but very understanding and respectful to my elderly relative who required his help, overall a very nice compant to deal with and look forward to dealing with them again

  Fabulous Fault Finding Electrician

  My daughter had a very horrible electrical fault on her flat's very old sockets wiring circuit. I had already had one electrician come who made the situation so much worse and very dangerous. The electrician from HandyExperts came and was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and ascertained the faults on our system.

  disappointed that the final cost was double the original quote

  I had a simple job for a new plug socket to be created & chased from an existing socket. I gave a full accurate description of what was required so was disappointed when the bill was double their quoted lower end quote. Be careful what they advise on the phone as they were not accurate for me.
