  Removed and capped a gas pipe for acooker.

  I had arranged for the gas pipe to be removed by another plumber, who never replied to my messages. Did not turn up when supposed to so I found Paul on Checkatrade rang him talked to Paul about the removal of the gas pipe. He finishing another job, turned up at the Community Centre an hour and a half later to do the job, very quick service very good customer service, and very professional checked the gas supply, issued a certificate when the job wsa done. I highly recommend Paul, I will be using Paul again if I have any problems with any plumbing work. Thank you Paul for you help.

  Bathroom tap replacement

  Quote provided via photos exchanged by email. Good communication before arrival. Work done to good standard.. pleasant supportive visit with good advice given unrelated to the job itself. Spot on sevice. Would use again tomorrow if needed

  Shower replacement

  Paul did a great job removing an old electric shower and replacing with new mains fed shower. He also replaced a couple of tiles with holes in from the old shower.

  Bath panel and replacement parts to shower fitted

  After being let down previously by two other plumbers, Paul came out within a couple of days of me contacting him and completed the work the same day. He fully explained everything that needed to be done and completed all work to a high standard. There was a small replacement part on the shower handle which I hadn't ordered in advance and Paul showed me how to do this myself when it arrived rather than having to go to the expense of paying for a further call out! I highly recommend Paul and will be using him for all future plumbing jobs.

  New Boiler fitted

  Paul recently changed a boiler for one that we had purchased. He bent over backwards to get this sorted as soon as possible. He refused to give a quote until he had seen our property- understandable as a couple of extras were needed to get up to building regs. Paul was able to see us the same day for a quote. From the outset we understood that his wealth of knowledge is born through years of experience. When the boiler did not fire when installed he organised to come back on another day. He worked tirelessly to get this sorted, and was always polite + friendly. We wouldn't go elsewhere now!

  New plumbing and installation of washer

  I needed someone that could plumb in an extra washer in my utility and alter pipework, Paul did a fantastic job, knew exactly what to do, pipework altered, old washer had new fitting as it had seized up, new washer installed, no leaks and everything works perfect. Paul even cleaned up afterwards, at last found a good plumber that does gas and water.
