  Replacing bathroon sink

  Was very quick to get me booked in once I contacted them. Sink came in very close to quote and the difference was explained properly to me. Tidied up afterwards and kept in really good contact about what was happening. Also offered to quote for tiling and removing the scrapped old sink but in this case I decided not to do so right now. Would definitely go to again for plumbing or bathroom renovation needs, and can imagine a lot of follow-on projects to come back with in the next year or two!

  Exterior repointing of victorian terrace

  Came out very quickly to do an in person quote and spotted plenty of things that were contributing to my damp problem. Clear, polite, honest, and very reasonably priced. Completed work extremely quickly with very little fuss, great communication, and was very accommodating with the awkwardness of my house fronting a busy terrace road. Would use again if I needed any repointing (but given the quality of this work I suspect I won’t need any!!)

  Dean was very prompt to contact, very communicative, very honest, arrived on time, and was very accommodating with the job not being quite as initially anticipated. While the final bill was quite a bit higher than the original estimate this was due to me greatly underestimating the amount of stuff I needed to remove and the time I'd be waiting to move in.

  Gas boiler servicing

  Very punctual and came out quickly, extremely good value for money, identified a fault with the filling loop that I’d noticed previously but forgotten about and replaced that on the same day. Was honest about a few things that I’d need to look out for in the next service cycle. Would call out again!
