Gianne was very professional and communicated very well to arrange the appointment and confirm on the day when I should expect him arriving, which is not always the case with tradespeople. He was polite and very easy to get on with. He completed the job competently which took him several hours. He was reasonably priced and I was very pleased with the outcome. Job location: LS25Gianne replaced a part and fixed the problem with my boiler as the heating wouldn’t turn off. He came out to me straight away and found the issue, ordered the part and fixed it as soon as it arrived. Communication was great also! Great job and highly recommend. - KKaren T

Gianne was brilliant. Super clear communication on what work was required, why and how much it would cost. Answered all the questions I had about different options with really helpful explanations, which enabled me to take informed decisions. 100% recommend…why?… Price - extremely competitive Result -absolutely perfect… The Guy… professional, understanding, polite, considerate of my home, extremely hard working, up-to-date with latest regs and tech (don’t fall into a trap of believing ancient guys in the business with 30+ years of experience know best … they all don’t!) , safety conscious, brilliant communication, trustworthy, tidy…the list of positives is endless he’s faultless tbh. Hi, this is GM Heating Ltd, and my name is Gianne Merriman,
To give you some idea of my background, in summary, I undertook a 4 year apprenticeship in Leeds, with a local heating company.
Shortly after qualifying, I worked for a commercial heating company for a further 3 years, gaining invaluable hands-on experience around the UK tackling a diverse array of complex heating projects.
Ultimately, armed with this experience and skill I founded my own heating business, GM Heating, which now undertakes local, reliable quality work throughout the whole of Yorkshire.
