  Gianne came to service our boiler and then sourced and fitted the replacement. He guided us through our options and what would work best for our house and lifestyle. He had to do all sorts of additional pieces including re-bricking bits outside the house and it was all done perfectly. Gianne was always punctual, polite, communicative and cheerful. Highly recommend.
