  We were given a good quote for the work required. Communication was good and prompt and the work was completed in good time with a brilliant end result with the garden also left clean and tidy. 100% recommend Craig and his lads.

  My house looks stunning !!

  We had our entire house pointed and couldn't be happier with the results. Craig and the lads were professional, hardworking, and genuinely easy to get along with from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent throughout, with great attention to detail. Craig also spotted a few extra areas that needed work and took care of them without fuss, which really shows his experience and pride in doing the job properly. Fantastic work all round — highly recommend Craig and his team.

  Full repointing

  Craig and his team were excellent. The repointing was done to a high standard, and they were happy to do some additional stuff while the scaffolding was up, like paint a downpipe, fill and paint lintels etc. The roofer knocked out a tile while repointing the chimney, we only caught it after the job was done - they came and sorted it quickly and no questions asked. The only negative was a miscommunication with the scaffolder - but I think that was more down to the subcontractor that to Craig and his team.

  Craig was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when he arrived promptly to provide his quote He and his team did a great job, tidying and cleaning up afterwards The work was carried out to a high standard and they even carried out an extra bit to the job I requested at short notice as well as that quoted for I would definitely recommend this company

  Full house repointing

  Reliable and professional. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but this has made such a difference to my house. The work was completed in a timely manner, everything was tidied up after completion and I honestly can’t believe the improvement.

  We had previously seen and were impressed with a house that Craig and his team had pointed and decided to ask him to come around to give us a quote. He responded on the same day with a competitive price. He kept us informed at all times and he and his team arrived on the date he said. The whole team worked hard and were friendly. They pointed the full house including the gable wall and we were absolutely delighted with the quality of the work. We can highly recommend Ibbotson's Pointing.
