  Friendly and professional

  Sam carried out the work with a really friendly and professional manner. We had a tricky situation with part of our guttering, and he was really persistent in getting it sorted in the best way. Sam also tidied up before he left. Really happy to no longer have a leaking gutter.

  Fantastic new patio, great work

  Hugh quoted for the work after I described what I wanted. He also helped to provide some suggestions as I wasn’t sure on all of the elements, this really helped bring my garden project to life. Hugh tidied up each day before leaving and kept me updated as we went along with any decisions needed. His friendly attitude really made me feel comfortable and I would certainly book him again for future jobs. The patio now looks fantastic And is a usable space for us again.

  Damp repair on outer bricks

  Heat pumps fitted

  I had two internal heat pumps fitted with the external unit also fitted and relevant trunking. There were some elements planned in advance with some decisions made during the fitting process. The electric work was completed seamlessly. The more complex fitting of the heat pumps was completed on time. There was a small amount of debris left outside which I cleared up and I kept re-closing my front door as it made it cold in the house. However all employees were polite and friendly and were happy to work around any requests and very helpful with any questions.

  Roof leak repair

  Jake responded to an emergency call out where water was leaking into my house after a recent storm. He was able to come out the same day to assess the issue and quote for the work. He was flexible with the options available and was able to arrange for two team members to carry out the work the same week. All mess was tidied away and now we’re just waiting on the next storm with fingers crossed that it’s resolved the issue. I’m looking to have more roofing work carried out and will be contacting Jake in the future.
