Originally used infinity for solar panels. Very impressed with communication and customer service and installers so decided to have air con installed. Very impressed with the planning and options available for the units, most of all the routing of the pipes. Not intrusive and no damaged caused as pipes had to go through multiple walls and rooms. All clean and tidy. Above all trust worthy installers who I trusted enough to leave the house to go out. Infinity were such a good company to work with. As our scheme required us to complete a complicated grant application we needed a great deal of support. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to their support we were successful in the application. 10 Solar and battery installation

Very flexible during the tendering that increased my confidence in Infinity as a company as the process went on. Not the cheapest but no where near the most expensive but with excellent guarantees on the work carried out (not needed so far) Installation went as planned but overran by a day's work that needed to be planned in a week later. A very good experience dealing with Infinity Energy. The installation itself was above what I expected and the installers were all very hard working. Overall this was a great experience using this company. The intial quote paperwork was thorough and highly detailed, which I liked. The surveyor was respectful and explained all the work and asked for my input on the project. The scaffolding team where great communicated well and where very respectful of my property and professional. The solar installation team where fast and effective. Had a slight issue with sickness of the electrician but that could not be helped, rescheduled on a saturday which I appreciated, he was great he was polite and worked very hard.Verified reviewerJob location: SO16
