10 Installation of solar panels and batteries

Infinity Energy and their team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and patient, taking time to answer all my technical questions. The installation was done exactly as quoted, to a very high standard, and they left everything tidy, removing all waste and equipment promptly. Even after the work was completed, they were still quick to respond and happy to help with any follow-up questions. Originally used infinity for solar panels. Very impressed with communication and customer service and installers so decided to have air con installed. Very impressed with the planning and options available for the units, most of all the routing of the pipes. Not intrusive and no damaged caused as pipes had to go through multiple walls and rooms. All clean and tidy. Above all trust worthy installers who I trusted enough to leave the house to go out. Infinity were such a good company to work with. As our scheme required us to complete a complicated grant application we needed a great deal of support. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to their support we were successful in the application. 10 Solar and battery installation

Very flexible during the tendering that increased my confidence in Infinity as a company as the process went on. Not the cheapest but no where near the most expensive but with excellent guarantees on the work carried out (not needed so far) Installation went as planned but overran by a day's work that needed to be planned in a week later.
