  Required treatment of an internal/external wall for rising/pentrating damp.

  Ben and Kevin from Rightway provided a first class service from the first contact until the job was complete. I couldnt recommend them more highly. You could set your watches by them in the mornings, they quickly and expertly completed the work required, ensured the workspace was kept safe and tidy over the course of the days and when the job was complete the work area was spotless. They talked me through the stages as they went which made me feel informed and confident of progress and I couldnt be more pleased with the final outcome. Thank you Rightway!

  Damp proof issues

  Ben and Derek were a total joy to have around. They left areas clean and tidy after each visit. Ben was flexible and amenable to any changes or ideas, as the job progressed - and treated our elderly Mum with respect and kindness throughout. I cannot fault their service. They went above and beyond and always greeted everyone with beaming smiles - even when our Mum locked them out 😊 I'd highly recommend these guys! They were competent in all areas, friendly, respectful, efficient and very kind. Work was completed on time and communication throughout was great. Brilliant!!

  Addressing damp in kitchen and condensation issues throughout house

  Ben from Rightway Preservations was quick to respond to our initial contact. He was able to visit the house within a few days and quickly assess the issues and suggest appropriate action. Ben was polite and patient answering our questions while visiting, and afterwards by email. He gave us a great (and accurate) quote which we happily accepted. He and his colleague, Derek, promptly got to work on the house. They always turned up promptly and left the house in good order at the end of each day. They were happy to explain what they were doing and what the next steps were. Would recommend.

  Damp proofing an internal wall

  I called Ben for a quote a few months back and he was really prompt in coming to asses the problem and in giving me that quote, even though I told him that I will not carry the work before I have the money for it. Once the money was available, I called him again, we scheduled the work, and he turned up exactly as and when agreed. He carried the work over the next 4 days and cleaned up after himself every day. It is too early to comment on the longevity of the solution, but he provided a 30-year guarantee on the materials and the workmanship, which gives me some confidence in the solution.
