  When I first found out about my water escape, I was very demoralised and was truly not looking forward to the whole process - insurance handling included. Mark has been truly impressive both in the level of confidence he has been able to generate in us, but also with the way he and his partner Danny managed the whole situation. I honestly thank my instincts and decided to assign the job to him and his team because he has been truly OUTSTANDING all along the process, clearly communicated and brought everything to a successful completion. I strongly recommend Mark and his team

  FACT: I asked for a thorough window clean. FACT: I had to clean 2 windows myself because Andy said it was there was "mastic" dirt and he didn't want to take the chance of scratching the window FACT: I asked for a thorough Kitchen clean up - brand new appliances with still plastic in them. FACT: I had to clean fridge, oven and cabinets myself because Andy said that appliances are extra cost and that whoever installed it was supposed to clean them. FACT: I paid £300 for 1 1/2 hour work and had to re-do a lot myself. You take your own conclusions!
