  FACT: I asked for a thorough window clean. FACT: I had to clean 2 windows myself because Andy said it was there was "mastic" dirt and he didn't want to take the chance of scratching the window FACT: I asked for a thorough Kitchen clean up - brand new appliances with still plastic in them. FACT: I had to clean fridge, oven and cabinets myself because Andy said that appliances are extra cost and that whoever installed it was supposed to clean them. FACT: I paid £300 for 1 1/2 hour work and had to re-do a lot myself. You take your own conclusions!
