  Panel Replacement w/ Cat Flap 5* Review

  Dean was very prompt and efficient getting here exactly when had been arranged. Within minutes job was started to replace the panel in our back door ready for a new one with a cat flap! All worked completed excellently within an hour, very polite. Even happily engaged with our little girls who are excited to use their new way in and out. Dean was even happy to tighten the door handle on our front door as it had come a bit loose. Really chuffed and was happy to negotiate a competitive price compared to other companies. Highly recommend!

  Replacement of a DG Unit

  If you are not in a hurry, this company is great but on 2 occasions when they should have turned up at certain time slots, they were late; 1st to measure up and then to carry out the work. Overall satisfied with the service but the timekeeping needs addressing.

  Hi Alison We did discuss we can not give times we only do 9-1 or 1-4pm appointments As you are aware we are a family run business not a huge company We get our best to get to our appointments on time but unfortunately we never know how long one job to the next will take and not to mention traffic. We are clad you was happy with our work and can only apologise for you being let down on time slots Joanne and Dean Clarke
