    Absolutely delighted with the new kitchen floor completed by Mark & Danny. From the initial enquiry to the completed job I was kept fully informed with all my initial and ongoing queries dealt with completely. The quote was also extremely competitive.     When I first found out about my water escape, I was very demoralised and was truly not looking forward to the whole process - insurance handling included. Mark has been truly impressive both in the level of confidence he has been able to generate in us, but also with the way he and his partner Danny managed the whole situation. I honestly thank my instincts and decided to assign the job to him and his team because he has been truly OUTSTANDING all along the process, clearly communicated and brought everything to a successful completion.     Mark has carried out a few projects for me now. As always Mark did another fantastic job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional and took real pride in his work. The tiling is finished to a very high standard and the area was left clean and tidy. I’m extremely pleased with the result and would happily recommend Mark to anyone needing a reliable, skilled tiler.

How do I say this without sounding big headedI am a tiler of 30 years and I feel I am probably the most skilled tiler on here, I appreciate that is quite a statement but I have good reason and I am no show off.

In 2005 I opened my first private training centre teaching tiling and advanced tiling, two years later another three. I write for a national building magazine and I am a consultant in the tiling industry I have also sat on the board of TTA (The Tile Association). I have appeared on Ch4 GRAND DESIGNS as well as Sky1 Best house in the street and several other TV shows, so yes all in all I am pretty well skilled.

Many peoples first reaction is that I must be expensive, actually it’s the opposite, I am lucky enough that I do not have to work like crazy but do so because I love it so much, it does mean that I am selective about what work I do and also how much I take on.
