  Professional service at a reasonable price.

  I had a toilet system tank and bowl re-seated as it had worked loose, and some fixings were missing as well. The trader turned up on time, and undertook the work in a professional manner. He went slightly "above and beyond" for me, but he did not charge me any extra. I would certainly use him again for future plumbing jobs.

  The 2 men turned up on time. I gather one was a new employee, so he was learning the ropes. Whilst borrowing my hand held vacuum cleaner was not a problem, I had expected them to arrive with all the necessary tools. Both were courteous and polite. The cost was very reasonable, in relation to some of their competitors. My 2 chairs were given a comprehensive clean, including Scotch Guard protection.

  Cleaned a 4 piece leather lounge suite.

  I had been using wipes to keep the mud from my dog at bay, along with trying to clear various marks on my 4 piece leather suite. This worked to a large degree, but "dirt" was still building up. Lisa came along and undertook a fantastic clean; such that it was back to a showroom condition.

  I have my windows cleaned regularly, as it would take me some time by myself. With their specialist tools, the company quickly and efficiently cleans all my windows. Staff are professional and polite. Price is reasonable.

  Replace a flat roof

  Ian kept me informed of delays due to emergency work for other people whose roofs were very poorly. My roof was not leaking, so I could understand the reason for the delays, and it made little difference to me. The main work was completed in a couple of days; just before we had some heavy rain - so it got a good "User" test. Michael and Paul who worked on my roof were professional and courteous.

  Whilst the effect of Coronavirus meant that it took longer than "normal" to plan in the jobs; the end result was up to the same high standard that I have come to expect over the last few years. The installer, Mike, explained everything well; and it all looks very nice.

  CCTV system installed in a residential house.

  James undertook some preparatory work beforehand, as I was after the inclusion of a specialist camera within the overall package. He was quick to reply to my questions. During the cable run work he used colour matched conduit, and ran the cables out of site wherever possible. He also ran a spare cable in the loft, should I want an additional camera in the future. On completion, he fully explained the nuances of the system set-up to me; and will be popping back in a couple of weeks to check that the system was all fine. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
