The job was quick, clean and reasonably priced. My only gripe was communication. Our first booking, he got held up on another job but didn’t tell us he wouldn’t be coming that day after-all. Finally got a text at 10pm after leaving a bunch of messages by phone and via Checkatrade. Emergencies happen and I didn’t mind rebooking but I wasn’t happy at having been just left hanging all day. For the rebooked appt he turned up on time.
