  Washing machine had broken down.

  Chris is a true gentleman. Our Beko machine had broken down. He spent time diagnosing the problem and he was so honest by recommending that rather than spend the money repairing the machine I should pay another £50 and buy a new machine from one of several high street stores. He even spent time helping me pick out a new machine. Simply brilliant. If I ever have appliances issues I will definitely call Leo's and ask for Chris.
