This guy is a lifesaver! He came out on very short notice an entire week earlier than the oven manufacturer could and had my oven fixed in no time. There is a screw which supports the inner surface of the oven by holding it to the carcass. Where the screw went through the carcass, it had corroded and the carcass was left with a large hole. It couldn't be repaired at the time, although I think a decent metal worker could make an adaptation. Poor design or built in obsolescence from Bosch as far as I can see. Operative was very apologetic and courteous and put everything back as it was and conducted an electrical safety check.Verified reviewerJob location: DY910 Oven repair
