3 Disappointing customer service.

Had some new windows installed done by them, the work was done pretty well and looks nice. However there were some minor adjustments to be made, he has been contacted countless times, and just makes false promises about coming to fix these minor issues which wouldn’t even take 10 minutes to fix. We’ve been waiting 4 months for these small issues to be corrected and there is still no hope that he will come. Extremely disappointed and frustrating. Regret paying the full amount because now I can’t get hold of him. Either he doesn’t pick up the call or I get a call back with false promises & lies.Verified reviewerJob location: B8- SSukhi U

Smart and his team were fast, friendly and very reliable. Communication was great and cost was very reasonable.
