  gave a time of 1oclock to attend to give a quote never replied to message when contacted him via phone shocked to know hes on way to another place why give a time and date if not attending then stated will attend at 5pm still failed to attend and no curtesy to contact and explain why not reliable person

  company messaged originally self but then just dragging no one getting back I even sent images to explain what I want gave dates of my availability if someone can come and quote but no one got back waste of time no point asking customers if walls are load bearing it would be better to send person to come and view and give a quote

  Rude and said horrible things about my sick mother and my family Not fit for purpose work carried out poor workmanship taking cash payments for work which is not satisfactory paid fully for work completed sending threatening messages for money for work that has been agreed to be completed next year.
