Job location: S72GEM installs were great really friendly and helpful. Geoff explained what would be most appropriate for our home and the most efficient way to install it. I would highly recommend them - competitively priced too.10 1st Class installation and all around service!

We were contacted by Geoff of GEM who asked what our needs were and talked us through the whole process. Geoff and his team are very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. When the job was complete you would have thought the air conditioning had been installed all along. They left the house spotless. Job location: LS15Geoff was easy to communicate over the phone. We did a video call to size the room which speeded up the quote process. I was given a date on the phone, confirmed by text. Geoff rang the day before, confirmed and turned up on time. The team were great, installed neat and tidy, respectful and clean. It was done within a morning. They explained the support and servicing arrangements and warranty. Everything was working as expected. If you need air conditioning, use Gem Installs.10 4 air con units
