  A/C inquiry lead to ghosting

  Very quickly after inquiring about A/C I was contacted by Gem Installs via telephone. It was a very positive conversation with open questions and discussion. I was told which unit would be best and quoted a price. I explained that I couldn’t really be open about personal data as I was at work (in an environment not suitable) and requested a written quote via email. I was told no problem. I said there was no rush as I was working for the next few days. 3 weeks later and I’ve sent several emails via checkatrade and their website but not received any response, reply or quote.

  Eletric box kept tripping and some sockets were not working.

  Gem installer,checked all my sockets.He was very thorough,plugging and unplugged different elements.Then went to eletric box and found a loose wire.He amended the problem.Then after more testing,he found it was my cooker oven that was faulty.Ive now replaced my cooker.

  Had a new mains board installed

  Geoff installed a full new mains board in our house. He gave a very reasonable quote and was very friendly so we chose him. He showed up on time, completed the job promptly, tidied up and treat our house with respect. Would highly recommend.
