  Driveway Repair and Re-Gravel

  Contacted about a job to repair the entrance to the driveway where bricks had come loose and was causing damage. After a few false starts, they came out and were friendly when quoting. The job was done promptly and to a good standard, happy with the finish. Although there were a few issues getting out to begin with, the communication was always transparent throughout and the result makes up for any issues on that front.

  Roughcasting

  Hired probuild to fix some exposed brickwork that was not roughcasted. They were prompt at coming out and very detailed and open about the work required, both providing advice and listening to concerns. The work took longer than expected to start due to some issues they had internally. As frustrating as that was, they kept communicating well. The job has since been done and was done to a high standard, the workmen were also great in their interactions with my nosey kid!

  They completed a full replacement of the fence between ourselves and the neighbours we back on to. The team were very quick and the resulting fence looks good.

  Came out and did the job the next day. Was good at communicating and understanding of the situation in regards to who was able to be at the house. Job done well.

  Tree pruning and felling

  The team came over promptly and there was some good clear communication about the work needing done. During the job the extent of damage to some of the trees was worse than seen, this was promptly discussed before any changes to the work were performed. The full team were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. They also handled havinga curious kid watching them super well. Would definitely recommend these guys.

  Heating Issue

  Jamie was super helpful and came over to resolve an odd issue with the heating. The issue turned out to be a switch that had been connected during a previous boiler upgrade that we had no knowledge of. Jamie talked us through everything as he went along and provided some food advice along the way. He tidied up as he went along and interacted with our curious 3 year old really well. Would definitely recommend.
