  JHP Services provide the full package not just the gas servicing and heating but also the outstanding customer service. Communication is key and from the initial phone call to organise your appointment everything is seamless. You receive an email with your appointment, then a text message confirming time of your appointment with a follow up text when engineer is on his way. There is no hanging about all day with no idea when the engineer is arriving. The workmanship is far superior to any I’ve used before. Taking time to ensure thorough service is done. Engineers are polite and respectful.

  Alex from JHP services arrived on schedule and carried out a tricky job which involved accessing and crawling through a tight space in my attic to solder a pipe. The price was very reasonable and the work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone at JHP services is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

  Really excellent service. Plumbing emergency that was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Alex from JHP. Exceptionally pleasant and competent. Waited to check all was well after the job and cleaned and tidied afterwards. Highly recommended

  Excellent service. Good communication from the office. The job was initially for an intermittent problem but Jamie said he could do a routine service as well to ensure the boiler was safe. We used JHP 2 years ago for an inital service so glad to see the service is still very good.
