JHP Services installed a new boiler for us. It was easy for us to choose our boiler from a shortlist provided by Jamie. Alexandra made sure that we were kept updated at every point and Alex who installed the boiler was friendly, polite, punctual, tidy and did a great job. 5 star service. I cannot recommend JHP Services enough. They carried out a warranty fix in no time at all and then gave clear advise about the next steps that were needed. They sourced the spare parts promptly and provided a very reasonable quote for the labour etc. I appreciated how well they talked me through what needed to be done since I was clueless and fed up of being left confused with from tradespeople. Fantastic service from a super friendly team. Responded quickly to initial enquiry about faulty home boiler control timer. Visited to give quote (very competitive). Installed new system quickly and helped to get it online and even set up my phone for me so it connected to new wall timer panel. Jamie who visited was very friendly, helpful and very professional.
