  Thomas and his colleague were friendly, respectful and tidy. They arrived when they said they would, got the work done in a timely fashion and showed me the blockage in the old pipe to demonstrate what the problem had been. Stuck to the price quoted. Just waiting for a proper downpour now to test the new pipe properly!
